Ordered merchandise online. They indicated that items would be shipped immediately. After one week I called and they said that the item that was in stock is now out of stock and would not be in for another week. They never bothered to call me and inform me that in fact they did not have the product that I order. They left me in limbo. I was not happy.
As you may have read, this is not a common occurrence for us. During the holiday season things become even more difficult to manage but stock levels are never perfect, cannot be as we sell on mobile, the web, remotely, and in Store. We do our best, when a product is marked in stock but in fact is not at the time of the order to inform the purchaser immediately. We did not succeed in this case and for that we apologize.
