"You're what makes us great" was the email sent to me on the Sunday when I placed an order
Monday morning, I find that what I had purchased was not what I was after so I canceled the order
Wednesday I get my refund and was short 10%, when I contacted the owner, Janet, what I'm told is that I have to pay for my change of mind
Really so this is how we make them great!?
I really suggest shopping elsewhere

Company info on website shows and states that it is a paid for advertising site

Rip off overcharging
This company charges twice the price as other companies
Charges extra for what comes standard with other sellers
Slow shipping as it's shipped from China yet I was misled to believe sold in US
No return label
I need to also add they charge extra for the 720p that is standard with other online offers
Extra for blades that is standard with other offers
I implore people to search and compare on other sites

Incorrect part recieved
Long wait period without notice of part on backoreder
Restocking fees $$
They get one star as the customer service was curtiuos on phone
