My daughter as just booked a flight via Bravofly by mistake. She thought that she was booking direct with the airline but found it was Bravofly. We have seen very bad reviews about this company so would like to cancel immediately. The booking was made less than a hour ago. Your phone is too expensive at 6 euros a minute please is the a free option to discuss this?

I don't think they will help you at all! I hope your flight goes ok... I'm just sorry you didn't see the reviews first.
You will get there ok but Bravofly rip their customers off badly :((

Hello Stephan,

Before you cancel your flight you want to check with them, about refund. Normally there is always a charge for cancelling
A flight you have booked. With such rogue companies, in the absence of internet policing, they can get away with any thing. In the event of cancellation, they may take time refunding your money. Therefore, if the booking is done,
And you are in the airline's records, carry on with it. Cancelling the ticket may be more stressful.

Same view here. As long as you've booked the right flight and there are no complications, it's probably going to be okay. When there are problems, though, it takes a lot of stamina to get what one was promised.

I would not cancel unless you have a real problem. I have used them many times without a problem. However when I did get problems they were very difficult to deal with. I did eventually get my money back, minus the cost of phone calls.
