Yes they will charge you immediately. That's how they get you. They are very fishy
No don't use them. If any problems with your flight you can not get ahold of anyone. They don't answer their phone or emails
They wont. They will always say it is the airline that is making the changes, and then they will charge you an additional fee for any changes they make

The website is legit, I checked it and to confirm I called there support number once to check and second time when I had a question regarding baggage. Both times they answered phone quickly and responded. I flew in mid Dec and faced no issue. Cheers
NOPE! You will be charged a "booking fee" of $50, while you receipt shows a booking fee of $10. Once you agree to lose $50, then I supposed they will refund your ticket amount. On the other hand, I wish I saw the reviews PRIOR to purchasing the ticket. The reviews speak for them selves -> HORRIBLE, Rip OFF
