Question:

Answer:

Eharmony staff writes positive reviews, but still they don't offset the bad majority. Bad reviews can be trusted. It's better to go for a more established and safer site e.g. https://j4l.com/402007 With better reputation. It's over a decade old which is respectful longevity in dating business. They have zero amount of scammers. It's not a free site, but it's really worth every dollar you spend there.

Question:

I tried to cancel and was still billed. what can i do?

Answer:

On your profile where you get asked questions like whats your fav movie and so on. Replace any answers you have already left with offensive language which in turn will violate their terms and conditions and they will have no option than to close your account. As for getting a refund good luck.

Question:

Yes. why can i not turn on do not renew now, before my subscrip runs out? this site is horrible. i get almost no matches. i am paying a high price and getting nothing. i should be able to request a man who is not a drunk and smokes in order to meet someone in all of california. i know that they exist. not on eharmony, clearly.

Answer:

Rather than asking the company to cancel subscription remove there source of payment. If payment by credit card: Tell credit card company your card is lost and ask for new one. The new account number should stop renewal. Using a checking account: Ask bank for assistance. Good Luck!
