I just ordered the free trial kit, right after I hit submit it went back to the beginning and told me to use a different email, before going through it all again I check my account and had indeed been charged but I have received no confirmation email and can't sign in to the account. I even tried requesting to change my password and have not received that email either. Has this happened to anyone else?

I feel, from my personal experience, that your gonna need a big bottle of pain reliever to deal with the massive headache your going to have dealing with these people. I honestly feel if you just did not use diapers at all, it would be better than dealing with this company.

Call them immediately or call to bank to block your card if it is not charged yet. Btw diapers quality is really bad. Can you imagine baby poops and it goes through it and messes up the cloth. I have been charged 4 times $121 each could get refund for too that i did not receive. And through all the dipers to salvation army box in shopping center. Block your card, and do it fast

Honestly, when I had problems with them, their customer services was not helpful at all! I ended up having my bank take care of my refund. I sent multiple e-mails and made phone calls. None were ever answered.

Yes I called the number I found on google and that's when my troubles with them started
