I make an account recently. I got the free trial kit. And now i want to cancel my account because i've heard many bad experience on your business.

I tried contacting the customer support through email and got a response saying it would be 3-5 days, my card was already charged which of course I grabbed the card connected to my propay account and they won't let you cancel the transaction once it has started processing. I am receiving emails saying that they are holding my baby supplies because I forgot my free trial kit like I hadn't finished the transaction even though they charged me. I have to try to call them just hope that it can be accomplished in under 20 minutes as that is all the time on my phone. Wish I had looked the company up before I entered my info, its my business account not my personal account.
