My mom introduced me to this company and Im happy she did! Their skin products are great! Really great quality although they are quite expensive

I ordered a gift set and the serum in the set will not come out of the bottle. I have pumped and pumped and pumped - nothing. I contacted customer service and they made the jump through 1,000 hoops to get any help. I gave them all the requested info. They said 2-3 days. It's been 5 days. Nothing. The bottle was brand new and delivered 5 mins before use. How is this my fault. This customer service is terrible.

I love the lotion especially it smells so good and gives my skin a glowing look! It's a little pricey but does the job!

Very bad shipping management! My skin product took more than 10 days to arrive. Shiseido uses very cheap shipment company (not UPS, not Fedex), it is a sham! Never buy on line again!

Worst customer service ever
I place the order on 11th Oct, as of today: 21st Oct, this order is not yet despatched. I emailed the customer service on 19th Oct, all I receive is to ask me to check order status online. Called them today again as I am running out of my serum. Eliza from customer service telling me there is nothing they can do, they don't know the despatch date, they can't cancel the order, all I am advised to do is to wait. Unbelievable, this is absolutely the worst customer service, I can't even cancel the order so I can buy something else. Be aware the 5 working days delivery time is not including the so called ‘processing time'.

I tried to post this review on Shiseido UK website, I was just told they can't publish my review. They sensor any negative review by their own customer even when it's absolutely true reflection of the event! Don't buy from this company, you will end up with high blood pressure and a hole in your pocket!

Sold online or at macys where the lovely ladies with help you..shiseido is a brand my mom sold and she swears by it her wrinkles went away and cleared up by the time she hit 30 cause this brand has a cream i dont know what its called

I always used the black bottle of Shiseido Zen perfume. They now sell Zen in a square gold bottle. Before buying it, since I have a high sensitivity to smells, I called Shiseido to be sure the formula was the same. I was promised there had been no changes. My husband bought me a bottle for Christmas. Due to Covid, I've been out very little. When I finally put on the perfume, I quickly started getting a terrible headache. I got online and saw that the new perfume has a different formula than the old one I used. Now it has been over 30 days and I can't return the perfume. I called Shiseido to see if they would be wiling to assist me since they informed me incorrectly and I would never have bought the perfume knowing the formula was different. They took no responsibility and would not do anything to help!

It could be the placebo of the price-tag ("it's expensive so it has to be good"), but I love their products and think they work well.

I have a regimen that features a face wash; serum; eye, day & night cream and it is like the superfood for my face. My fiancé and family complimented on how ‘fresh' and ‘invigorated' my skin looked within one week of using. I couldn't help but agree with them.

Word of caution: The products are *very* rich so if you're prone to breakouts, I could see this being a bad option.

When I used my referral code with my friend, as it says we get $20 off reward. I have tried to contact the customer service on this matter that I didn't receive my reward code and when my friend who got my referral code already received her package.
They kept hanging me to sometime call the customer service or wait 2/3 days more. Sometime they just say that they can't hear (on phone) and hung up.
It's the worst customer service ever. Which makes me feel I can use other good products instead of shiseido. The worst is customer service isn't helpful and always makes us hold longer for a small service requests.
If anybody wants to use the referral code thing, make sure it's worth it because they wont give you reward as they say that they do. It's a waste of time and money honestly.

In this day in age, I can't believe that shiseido would test their products on animals. This made easy for me not to buy shiseido products and I'll tell my friends to. Very disappointing and shame on you shiseido.

I have recently tried Benefiance Overnight&Day Wrinkle Resisting cream and also the Ultimube Serum. These products had an instantaneous effect making me look about three years younger.
I am also using the Sports BB Compact which mattifies the skin and is amazing in hot weather as it prevents perspiration and has a dewy effect-perfect for a make up base in the heat and it is designed to be used around water so it is long lasting.
I have now found my favourite brand and am keen to try their other moisturisers and cosmetics.

I tried to take advantage of a coupon and ordered online. The website kept declining my order -- 4 times -- before it finally went through. Later in the week, I noticed 4 charges on my credit card... they eventually were taken off and then mysteriously they canceled the order. They told me it was my credit card, although I regularly use the credit card for online purchases. I tried to get them to honor the coupon but they said they couldn't. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't be more helpful. Nothing wrong with my credit card. Best to order your shiseido from other sources rather that this site which is not well run.

I used the company's products Maquillage lip shiseido brand of Japanese, I found that the product has very good moisture, does not have the lead, is very safe to use, I can comfortably use all the time without fear of harm to my lips, pale lip colors naturally, I enjoyed.

An order of the eyelash curler placed a full week before the shipment to arrive, only to the wrong person located in the epicenter of the pandemic in NYC. It took more than 1 hour to explain to customer service and being placed on hold frequently. As soon as I asked for a refund, I was offered a complimentary overnight shipment of a new order. The new order never left the warehouse and when I called customer service back to inquire, I received a lecture about orders and processes delay due to the pandemic. This is true and applicable to essential items with high demand such as food, paper items. Shiseido needs to train customer service to be truthful. They just lost my confidence in the brand. There are many good products on the market.

I love Shiseido and have used it for years... is getting too expensive for me though so will have to be more selective about which products I buy.

She worked in macys and Nordstroms for years and sold this brand and as she got older she used this cream and under eye serum to help reduce her dark under eyes and puffiness

My mom lent me to her Shiseido when our baggage went traveling without us and I was left only with my handbag sunscreen. Later, she gave me Clarifying Cleansing Foam, Power Infusing Eye Concentrate and SHIKULIME Color Control Oil-Free Moisturizer SPF 30 because she knew I wouldn't buy it myself.

I love it and it the SPF is almost empty, which makes me sad because I need to decide if I'm ready to completely transition to the Shiseido.
