I was looking for an art pole birdbath. A few of the other sites that carry them said they were back ordered till mid August. Songbird Garden said "in stock". Although theirs was $30 more expensive than 2 of the other sites I felt it was worth it to get it right away. Went through the ordering process, never a mention of delivery time. Once I completed the purchase I got an email confirming it. The next day I got another email tell me it was back ordered and I would not receive it till mid August. Sent them an email with my concern and their response was why they were back ordered. Not one mention of them claiming they said they were "in stock". Obviously in my humble opinion this company does care much about costumer service.
