Hey peeps, I actually made a positive feedback based on my very first purchase with this site. Boots were received as described ( brand new & authentic) so then I made another splurge and this time, on a pair of Timberland glancy boots. It was originally priced at $139.99 but I fortunately snatched it at 60% off. The pair arrived in a timely manner but I was devastated when I opened the box. There were scratches all around the my timb boots, mild creases were present and albeit the soles were spotless, this specific pair I received looked like it was worn for a few times and the previous owner just gave the soles a good scrub. The reason I still gave 2 stars is that it i still consider it reasonably priced in its condition. I was scrolling through poshmark for the same model and people were selling their used ones for a hundred bucks so...

Best place to buy and preorder highly sought J's. Bought from them for more than 8x now and never had a problem. :)

Title says it all, but what really got me hooked to this site (besides their free shipping and awesome deals) is their... *drum rolls*... PACKAGING! :D Even the actual boutiques don't pack their items this intricately. Thumbs upupupppppp to Luisaviaroma!

I was desperately searching high and low for a kenzo sweatshirt and moschino belt and after endless clicks, I found them on Farfetch! *happy dance* To my surprise, prices on the site are much lower compared to buying it from boutiques so lucidly I went on shopping spree mode and ended up buying much more than anticipated :( Shipping took a total of 4 days and that's pretty quick so 5 stars to Farfetch!

THIS SITE HAS IT ALL! As a first time buyer, I'm very happy with my purchases. Parcel arrived within two days albeit items were delivered separately (due to shipments from different sellers^^). Only downside is the hole it leaves one's wallet D:

As a first time buyer, I had an amazing experience with this site. They offer preloved and new luxury items at great prices. Placed an order and within 2 days, mailman was at the door. My only concern is the size chart. They should give more specific measurement details as sizing clearly differs from one item to another. Nevertheless, great company and will definitely buy again :D

I can proudly say that almost half half of the apparel in my closet are from MDS. I just adore the chic designs and styles. May be a wee bit pricey but for the awesome quality of the clothes from this company, you really get what you pay for.

I have bought myself quite a number of items from this site before and never had a problem with the shipping or services, usually my items will get to me in a jiffy. However, just recently, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and until now my parcel has not arrived. I left multiple emails regarding the matter but the response were all the same " scheduled for delivery today " and so on. I just hope that the package isn't lost or anything. Nevertheless, this late experience for me is just plain disappointing.

I know I wrote a negative review about this company a few days ago but I'm happy to say that the matter has been quickly resolved. Customer service responded in less than 24 hours about the delay of my parcel and they offered to reimburse my shipping fees as a token of apology. Also, I have received the other items after 2 days from the first shipment. Thank you, TheRealReal.
