Hate when they use UDS to deliver my packages. I have had nothing but my orders being delayed with UDS. I was told a delivery date several times but my package didn't show. I was told by agents yesterday if I did not get my package by the end of the day yesterday, I could contact back and request a refund. Today I reach out for a refund since I didn't get my package, the agent decided to tell me they can't do that for me and to basically wait til the 12th. So then they transfer me to someone else and they tell me they can't do a refund because it was out for delivery today. I am beyond pissed. Whether it was out for delivery or not I still should get a refund. Their customer service and policies suck. They do not care how you feel or go by what they tell you.

Couldn't tell you how many times I've been angry and wasted my time reaching out to their agents. They've been unhelpful, rude, and lied.
Recently I've had to reach out a few times about my exchange and refund not being processed. 1 agent told me to keep waiting, another agent said they'd escalate it because it shouldn't of taken the time it did for my refund to be processed and exchange to be shipped. Waited a few more days, nothing. Reached out again and that agent decided to process the refund themselves but my exchange got canceled. I am beyond pissed off. Reached out again explaining how unhappy I am about it all and they didn't care.

They are about to lose me as a customer. They need better agents/customer service. Actually care and fix things to where customer is happy. Not take so long to process refunds or exchanges.
Should be able to notify you if something you have saved is back in stock.
And wish they didn't use pitney bowes or uds as carriers since they both are horrible.
FP could be a lot better than they are. Same with a lot of other companies out there.

Booked 2 hotels with them since they had good prices. We didn't end up staying at one of the hotels due to a big issue. It was originally a nonrefundable booking but hotel said to have super reach out and they'd approve a refund. Well turns out super customer service sucks and is unhelpful and told us we had to get all kinds of info from hotel to send to them so they can refund us. Its been a month now and we are still waiting on the refund. We've spoken to several agents with super, and several people from the hotel and nothing has been done yet. Hotel has told us they will send everything almost a month ago but super said they never received anything. We shouldn't have to go through this much trouble for a refund, and super should easily reach out to the hotel themselves. Both the hotel and super should have done everything by now and processed the refund. I will never recommend super or the hotel we almost stayed at. I don't understand why people are so ignorant and unhelpful and take their sweet time doing things when it should be simple and done with by now. Really pissed off at this situation.
We also feel like we are getting scammed at this point bc the hotel and super are not helping making this easy for us. We just want our refund!

Not happy I keep having issues with stores confirming my orders and cash back not getting added to my account within the time frame it says. I'm tired of reaching out to Rakuten bc of that. Also don't like some of Rakutens agents being unfriendly or not helpful. I also have expected a few checks to be larger than they they are. Feel like there is some kind of mistake happening to where I am not getting the right amount.

Have had dish for over 3 years now but today canceled. Payment just came out a couple days ago for 156 but they only wanted to refund me less than 100 now that I want to cancel. No, you can give me the FULL refund since it's only been a couple days of service. I will be getting my full refund one way or another. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Every agent I speak to tells me something different with channels, prices, everything! Cable should only be $60 or less for channels & dvr. No credit checks and contracts is how it should be with every cable company also.
I will NEVER give dish my business again or any cable company for that matter that just wants to lie, be ignorant, and charge ever dollar they can from you. Stick with your low cost apps to watch tv and movies!

My moms been paying my cable bill for 4 years now. She had dish to, but canceled and I'm about to do the same and get free cable and keep other movie/TV streaming devices because cable is pathetic how much it is and they will raise your bill and scam you to get $. They just raised the bill because the contract apparently expired. Was already paying a good amount over $100 for 2 boxes, 1 running off of wifi/the other box. Cable should be maybe 50 a month for 2 boxes and good amount of channels.
Also their customer service sucks. Unhelpful and not friendly. The guy who came and set it up at my place 2 years ago I didn't care for either and he touched my car while squeezing between it to go in garage from outside. Disrespectful.

Been an afterpay customer since 2017. Lately have hated their customer service. They decided to freeze my account until it was paid off due to asking to reschedule payments more than once. The agent that froze my account failed to mention that to me before rescheduling my payments. If I would of known they were going to do that beforehand I would not have asked again. Since they failed to mention that and I have said that several times and how I feel about it, they should care and unfreeze my account. At least when all rescheduled payments are made,NOT when full account is paid off! I am beyond pissed, they don't care how I feel or want to help. I am wanting to not be an afterpay customer anymore due to this situation and my feelings being ignored.

Depending on location and service cracker barrel could be good or crappy.

I'm still not happy they ignored me when I reached out about a terrible experience I had how the host treated my bf and I at the Romeoville IL location. I left a review as well and owner never reached out and apologized to me. Cracker barrel themselves didn't either so they've lost my respect.

I used to be a big subway fan for years, but after this incident I went through I am no longer a subway fan. I've ordered from my local subway a few times and it was usually good until the last time. I paid for extra meat and they didn't gave me a regular amount. Sandwich was made horrible and skimpy. They also gave me expired chips. I reached out to subway several times just to get ignored besides the 1 email I got from the manager of the one near me just said to call them and we can discuss a refund.I shouldn't have to call I should of just got a refund and an apology. I reached back out to the mananger and they ignored me. I also reached back out to subway themselves and they ignored me each time. Since Subway themselves didn't care to help me or refund me as well as the manager of my local subway, I will no longer order from Subway again. They have a problem with giving refunds, they ignore you and don't care how you feel, and they have gotten skimpy with their meat/toppings and charging more.

Won't be a subway customer anymore.

Reached out to them THREE times and they never responded! I uploaded my receipt and told them about my experience at my local subway I'm not happy and I want a refund. I got expired chips and they didn't put double meat on my sandwich like I paid for. The manager reached out only saying sorry and to call to "discuss" about a refund. That's bs. I shouldn't have to call and subway themselves should respond to me and give me a refund. Since my local store and subway themselves wanted to be like this and not give me a refund I'm done with subway.

I get restricted for cussing or calling someone a name, but if they're bullying me or being ignorant first they get away with it simply bc they didn't cuss. It's impossible to get a hold of support. They should have an easy access email or chat to get a response from a person when you have a problem or question.
I also just got restricted from messenger for 3 days and I haven't even sent any messages. Make that make sense too. I'm at the point I don't even want Facebook anymore bc of their rules and how they run it now.

I got restricted for sending a message to someone and telling them off and calling them a dumba** for being ignorant to me 1st by commenting on my comment on a public post simply because they didn't agree with me. Facebook always favors certain kinds of people. Crappy people get away with being however they please. Canceled culture, blm, and other things that have messed this world up even more get favored. They let ignorant or annoying people be. I have every right to stand up for myself/how I feel about something, and be ignorant if someone is being ignorant or annoying towards me. I will match your respect or disrespect. You literally have to watch every single thing you post or say or someone will report you. My mom HATES snakes. She got reported last year for commenting on a post about snakes saying "shoot them bas***ds", and got restricted. Lmao seriously? Facebook is just an unfair platform. I reached out to them about it and they never responded. Also you should be able to chat or send a email to speak to a actual person, and you should always get a response. Very difficult to reach out to support. I have just had enough with everyone and everything in this world.

I don't like you can't talk to a live person by chat if you don't want to call. It's hard to email them without going through a bunch of crap. Should be able to just simply send an email to customer service about anything. My packages keep being delayed by DAYS. A package will be an hour or 2 away from me 1 day, but it takes another week or so to be delivered to me. How does that make sense? Beyond tired of them.
