Don't ask me how long I've been using Lise Watier skincare products, however, I'm looking for a new skincare company. I keep the gift pack containers for travelling and in January I went to Mexico with the Age Control Supreme Revitalising Night Care. It's the first time since 2019 that I travelled to a warm climate with my skin care in tow. I was in shock when I opened the container to find this glob, instead of the nice cream. I contacted the company to ask what could have happened? Was it the heat? What made my cream turn into this? Can you imagine my shock when they said sometimes a product is defective. They went on to say like all businesses it can happen that I would end up with a defective product. They offered a $20.00 on line voucher, saying that's the price of the 15 ml size. Their response makes me think I am not the first to have a defective product, and their lack of customer service was disappointing. It's sad they don't value their customers and take pride in their products.
