First time ordering online, what a bad experience because I ordered a bunch and tried a lipstick turned out it's but an appropriate shade for me. I was reading reviews that the particular shade is good. It took me days of trying to contact customer service, always NA. Finally I got hold of someone only to deny exchange of lipstick shade been told it's the same policy for all online stores. Really?
Never again Lise Watier online. I am returning ALL purchased for the purpose of not patronizing LW anymore except the one lipstick I tried ONCE and found out it's a bad shade.
Poor service.

I have to pay for refund shipping! Had I known I'd have ordered from Sephora or other stores.
