I have been trying to shop with Afterpay. I have been with them for a very long time and have consistently paid early on my account. Now the site is having issues and when I reach out for help they refuse to respond. Have been waiting several days to no avail.

They used to be a great company. No longer as they are unreliable and unprofessional.
