I paid for the car reservation, arrived at the agency and they didn't give me the car without any explanation. All my documents are correct without fines. In other words, the company charges for the reservation and is not responsible for the service. He didn't give me a car or give me any money back. This is fraud

Unfortunately, the supplier refused the car due to a registration analysis issue, which we understand is frustrating. The analysis considers various factors, including credit history and external discrepancies, which, when not met, prevents the supplier from proceeding with the booking. I hope you can understand that we can not control the reason given by the supplier and our customer support tried to do their best to solve this issue.
