When I received Pods final bill for our move from Texas to Tennessee, I disputed with my credit card company a charge for insurance while the Pods containers were in their storage warehouse. Pods told my card company that the charge was for transport of the Pods and that it was a valid charge. We disputed the charge because via the phone we had told Pods we did not want the insurance and also pointed out that the total charge was clearly for insurance, not transport. When we tried to log into our online account to review the information and documentation that we had we found that Pods had locked us out of our account (is that even legal?). When we call them we reach foreigners who have no authority and who send us collection emails to which we cannot respond. I suggest that if you plan to sign a contract with them that you read it line by line; and, if you asked for or told them something different over the phone that you get Pods agreement in writing. The contract that you sign may have something entirely different than what you agreed on and Pods will hold you to the written contract, ignoring the verbal agreement.

When I phoned Beauty Counter to tell them about a product that was defective, I was asked if I had bought it over 60 days ago. I answered 'yes' and the representative all but hung up on me. She was rude when telling me that the product was not eligible for return, she showed no interest in why I felt that the product was defective. Very bad PR, they only care about making money (their products are very expensive) and not about the customer. Won't be buying from them again.

Tip for consumers:
You must make a decision on whether or not you want to continue to use the product you purchased within the refund period. Even if the product proves defective, after the refund period they will not compensate you.

I have ordered several coin packages from this casino developer (specifically Double Win Casino)but have not always received the package and the Apple Store will not refund my money. Up until now the dollar amounts have been minor but a few days ago I ordered an $80 package. I did not receive it. I have contacted them twice about this and have not received a reply. My recommendation is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Regarding Apple Store, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the payment. Apple then disabled my access to iTunes and the store. Now I am unable to update any of my apps and cannot download even free apps. Watch out for Apple!

Lazy and untrained. They are just muscle, not movers. They do not know how to load a truck so the load doesn't shift during transit. At least 50% of our furniture, boxes and equipment had some type of damage.

  • Sleep Number

Only reason I gave three stars is because the product is good. Our bed was scheduled for delivery on April 16,2021. The delivery was made an hour late by two men who could not properly communicate in English and who did not represent Sleep Number in a positive light. In addition to the mattress, we had bought the Flex Fit Adjustable Frame. The store salesperson told us the legs on the frame were adjustable from 6" to 11" but the delivery people insisted they were not adjustable. They left the mattress and frame in our garage and said they would come back another time. I called Customer Service, who explained how the legs were adjustable, and together we decided that a longer leg would work better and arranged with them to send us the 16" to 19" legs. I asked Customer Service not to allow the original delivery men to deliver to us again. The same men showed up on April 21st to install the bed. They argued with us about how the frame would fit and were generally disagreeable. Luckily, this bed should last us the rest of our lives because I would never go through again what we experienced with the Sleep Number delivery.

On an advertisement endorsement by Sean Hannity, we ordered two different samples of CBD oil. The sample was free, only shipping of $12.99 was paid. Nutririenuoil claims that on the order page a statement was made about calling and telling the company that I did not want anymore. I did not find anything like this on the order page. Three weeks later they charged me $89.71 but did not send me anything. I cannot believe that charge was related to the two small samples I got. They will not refund the $89.71.

The concept of this little heater is great BUT they really don't work and the website is very misleading.
I ordered 5 units and of the 5 only one works. Two of the 5 did not produce any heat, the other 2 produced heat but the thermostat and timer did not work. The website says it does not get hot to the touch but the front of the unit burned my finger. Their return policy states that returns because you do not like/want the heater are at the customer's expense. However, it definitely infers that if a unit does not work that is when they will send a return label to cover postage. When I asked them for this return label I was told they do not do that under any circumstance. My credit card company will be discussing this with them.

Three weeks after I placed my order it still was not even processed with no shipping date in site. I cancelled the order and placed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money refunded.

Tip for consumers:
I don't think this company inventories what they sell. I think they solicit orders from advertising and then orders the product from someone else and then will send it to the customer. Not sure, but take a look at their website, there is minimal merchandise.

We bought a Thelin Pellet Stove (Parlour 3000) from the factory outside of Carson City, Nevada. According to them it was a special order because we chose a certain color and trim that they offered. When we got it home we found that the surround was not on correctly and the safety button for the auger had to be engaged manually since the hopper top was too tight to slide over it. We were also having problems with the pellet feed channel not allowing pellets to feed evenly into the burn pot (a design flaw) and there were several other major design flaws causing problems. We took the stove back to the factory but the owner said there would be about a $1,200 restocking fee (the stove cost about $3,700). He also accused us of lying about a couple of things and insulted our intelligence. Also, the technical support consists of one person who doesn't seem to know that much and doesn't return phone calls. If you are interested in reading a more specific review of the stove and its flaws, please go to: http://www.pellet-stove-review.com/free-standing-pellet-stove/thelin-co-inc-parlour-3000-pellet-
