I ordered a pair of €70.00 Moleskin Jeans from this company on 3/26/24 I finally received them on 04/25/24.
It took a month to receive this item. The shipping cost me $15.00.
Once I received the item, they looked nothing like they did in the pictures on their website.
I thought I was ordering a pair of light brown jeans, what I got was a pair of dark olive green jeans.
I went to their website to find out how to return the item for a refund but couldn't find any information so I had to email them to get the information. Once I got a reply they said that I could return the item but I would have to pay the shipping again to return them. I live in New England, shipping the item back to the UK would have cost me an estimated $50.00.
So this company wants me to pay $65.00 in shipping cost and when all is said and done, I will get a $5.00 refund on my 70.00 purchase. OH and did I mention it took almost 5 weeks to get the wrong merchandise.
The company took no responsibility and offered no solutions other than, pay us or keep our mediocre merchandise. So if I returned them, they get there product back and I'm out $65.00.
My advise is to buy from another company. There is nothing unique or outstanding about these jeans.
And their idea of providing a quality product at a good price is non existent.
Considering the amount of time I have wasted with these people, and to then end up with no merchandise to show for it, is, I think the definition of an unsatisfied customer.
I will be donating these to Goodwill. Perhaps that way some good can come out of this.

Good2Gomobile.com provides cheap cellular phone service. It's owned by Virgin Atlantic, and they use ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile networks to carry their cell traffic.
Now sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
About idiot tech support that I now call only Gilligan. As in the island. Yes, that idiot.
I wanted to switch service from T-Mobile to ATT because of call issues. They support both as does my phone.
So, they send me a new ATT SIM. It doesn't work. I call tech support. They can't fix it. They say email higher level tech support. So, I do.
Then Gilligan.
They will not speak to you. They will only communicate to you through email.
Which we all know is the best way to get complicated tech issues resolved in a timely fashion.

Then when they couldn't get my phone on the ATT network, they couldn't figure out how to put it back on the T-Mobile network.
So, Gilligan left me without a usable cell phone for 5 DAYS!
I asked them to send me a new T-Mobile SIM because they had de-activated the previous one in my phone.
Gilligan sent me a new SIM.
For the VERIZON network.
My phone doesn't work on VERIZON.
Not sure what Gilligan was thinking with that one.
I have now been without reliable cell service for over a week now.
GILLIGAN!
I have sent at least a dozen emails to GILLIGAN at good2go mobile tech support.
Still no resolution.
They just sent me an email assuring me that the SIM in my phone is for the T-Mobile network.
I sent Gilligan this screenshot from my phone's settings screen.
I don't see T-Mobile but apparently Gilligan does.
Maybe I should have named this review:
IDIOCRACY!

Tip for consumers:
The cost is low, so if all you need is that, you might be ok.
But God help you if you need any kind of tech support.
Email only.
No live human to talk to.
It will take days!

I purchased a cell phone from Samsung using their electronics trade in offer. I shipped my ipad V1 that they valued at $120.00 on Wednesday, 06/07/2023 at 1pm. On Friday the 9th Samsung disabled and locked my phone. I am 63 years old, type 2 diabetic, who had my lower left leg amputated a year ago.

After admitting that the iPad was shipped and in their system, Samsung kept me on the phone for an hour and first told me it would take 24-48 hours to restore my service. When I explained my situation, they assured me that since this was a medical emergency they would restore my phone within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and my phone is still locked. Samsung hasn't tried to contact me to resolve the issue or made the slightest effort to address this. I have opened a complaint with the BBB regarding this.

I am also my 64 yr old brothers emergency medical contact. While I could make out bound emergency calls, if I received an inbound call from a hospital telling me that my brother suffered a medical emergency and is in the hospital I still wouldn't have received that call because of Samsung. I'm not trying to be hyperbolic but my brother could literally have died and I would never have received that call because of Samsung.

The fact that Samsung assured me that because of the medical situation they would resolve this issue in 24 hours, and it's now been 72 hours and my phone is still locked, tells me everything I need to know about this company

I tried to order 3 times from this site using credit and debit cards. Put a hold/fraud alert on both and then told me it was my problem and to PISS OFF! So I did. Wasted over an hour of my time to just get abused by their so called customer service. No merchandise just wasted my time. The first customer service rep told me that there security dept. does this all the time. Every other rep told me it was obviously my fault and not theirs. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Tip for consumers:
If your determined to use this site, chat with customer support before even trying to make a purchase. I had to contact my bank and credit card companies to remove the hold they put on both credit and debit cards.

Products used:
Tried to purchase a backpack on sale. Never made the purchase because they can't seem to process a payment like an actual company.
