Service is hit or miss. It takes too long to receive the order and too long to process returns. Lastly, I ordered Malabrigo Lace in several colors and received Mixed Dye Lots only to have them tell me they disregard the dye lots because of color variance within lots. Anyone who uses Malabrigo know there can be color variation, however the yarn does come in dye lots, is clearly labelled with dye lots and they just completely disregard that only to have you return the yarn when the colors aren't remotely close. Nothing on their website states they ignore the dye lots

We do our best to make our delivery service fast and reasonably priced however sometimes parcels do get delayed and we are trying to sort that out as soon as possible.
I am sorry it is not clearly mentioned that we do not stock Malabrigo by batches they are dyed in. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. We will try to add the information about dyelots to the description. As we are not able to match the colours for you we are always ready to accept the order back for a refund.
