I called their number to apply some changed to my ticket. My wait time was over 180 minutes and a very rude man answered at the end and said he has access to no systems. And he need to request that and wait 24 hours for response and asked me to call again after 24 hours and see if there is a response. And when i asked i am supposed to be on line again waiting for over 180 minutes to get to you just to hear your update? He said yes of course. What a rubbish company. What a scam.
