DO NOT, under any circumstances, use this company. Their 'service' is less than worthless. It is actually a hinderance to travel. We thought we had a guaranteed reservation, showed up at the airport and were told there are no cars. They have several reasons why they can't refund the money, so when I mentioned that we would deal with it through our credit card company the representative said, "Oh, you don't want to do that." When I asked why not, I was told that in the case of a forced credit chargeback, the service agents will stop trying to help or communicate. That's ok. They aren't really helping or communicating anyway. WHAT. A. NIGHTMARE.
