When you want to speak to a team member you're left on hold whilst in the meantime choosing 20 different options to press! The operators are lovely but give complete DUFF information ( which is sooo incorrect) when the finally put you through to The resolution centre the conversation went back & forth sooo many times it was exhausting!. Never did they listen to my complaint or address the issue!
