I am disabled and have a limited income. I did purchase private dental insurance though but, I was told by Aspen Dental that I would have to pay up front for my dental work and the insurance would reimburse me. My insurance told me they never heard of such a thing. They told me that they have to submit the estimate first and they pay after the work is done.

I would not recommend them. I recently found out that there is a class action lawsuit against them for deceiving patients.

Originally, I called because our dishwasher had a leak. A plumber from Roto Rooter came out and said that we needed a new dishwasher. So, I called our warranty company and they set me up with Sears. Sears came and fixed the leak only to say there was a new leak. There was only one leak originally. How could it have developed a new leak while the water was shut off? I feel like I have been duped. Now, I have to pay another deductible! We won't be using Sears in the future.

I ordered a transmission for my car which turned out to be defective. Low Mileage Auto Parts gave me a 5 year warranty. The transmission was defective from day one. When I tried to have another transmission sent out, they kept telling me that they sent it to my mechanic only to find they had not. After trying to get them to send it out on numerous occasions, I finally gave up and am in the process of filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Protection here in Connecticut.

After reading the bad reviews from this company, I am surprised they are still in business.
