Im so happy with my purchase, I thought I was like trippin because I didnt see some of my clothes in my package but thats because they come in separate baggage and my clothes feel SO high quality I'm geeking out right now. By the way guys I am a real person snd not a bot I swear :)
Ordered a gift for my daughter. It took more than a month to arrive. I emailed the company around week 3, no response. Emailed them again around wek 4, no response. Finally package arrived around week 5. Feel like I would have just been out of luck if package never arrived. Quality of clothing is just average. Definitely not worth waiting a month for or stressing if you're actually going to ever receive it or just be ripped off.
My daughter saved her money for months to purchase a skirt only to find it was nothing like described.
When she requested to return for a refund she was told to pay an additional $10USD for them to send the correct skirt.
She did this trusting the company and emailed the transaction number only to be met with the same generic email asking her to make payment again.
Absolutely disgusting that the have taken advantage of a 12 year old child.

Item was received and sizing was not what was advertised. I emailed to send them back and they ask that you keep the item to give to a friend and they will give you a 15% refund! I asked to return them but you have to pay the shipping costs to China. It all feels like a scam so it;s hard to know if I return them you'll actually get your money back. They also ask you to state that the goods have no more value then $10. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

After receiving the first package I can confidently say that your goods are low-quality and your service is atrocious. Isn't it just a bit of a coincidence that almost all of the items that I ordered are "out of stock" with no indication of such BEFORE I purchased the products? Emmiol is an absolute scam. If you want to get cheap quality clothes shop Romwe or AliExpress or Shein, Emmiol's customer service is horrendous. I got immediate buyers remorse after purchasing so I emailed them IMMEDIATELY asking for it to be cancelled and they BEGGED me not to cancel my order and was like "We are on promotion now and the price will rise up to the normal level. It would be a great pity to miss this discount. Could you please consider keeping your order again?"
I'm not one to leave negative reviews for companies but that put a NASTY taste in my mouth. Don't BEG for my money. Weirdos.

Don't do business with this company! Their clothes don't fit right and their size charts aren't correct. It's a total crap shoot and when I emailed them to send back the clothes they said it would cost too much to send back and they wouldn't give me my money back even though it says on their website that you have 30 days to return for a refund. Now I'm out close to $200. You've been warned!

This company is a scam. Do not be fooled by their return policy - the company just sends emails such as "Hi there, we are so sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience! Be warned that before you purchase any items, returns are near impossible. I bought something in the wrong size and never received a refund after shipping the parcel back to China (and international shipping is quite expensive). Not shopping here anymore.

I was scammed, the credit card dispute didn't even go through either. Emmiol said they tried to deliver but immediately sent the items back overseas, and the employee over the phone literally told me it's likely they'll get lost, like? You can't be serious. Never buy from this site, it's a joke.

Late shipping, bad quality, they are from China, worst customer service EVER! This Emmoil seller is by far the worst online seller I've ever met in 20 years. My godchild sent me this site because he wanted clothes for X'mas. I ordered 5 pieces, they had to ship separately the clothes did not make it for X'mas gift I had to spend more money on his gift. Their quality is so bad their clothes are way overpriced. ALL of their clothes and pants are way smaller and shorter than their size charts on website. One sweatshirt had a big hole on cuff because it's not sewed right. I asked for return and refund, they offered 10% refund without having me to ship back the items, I refused, they increased to 30% and I still refused. We won't even wear them for the bad quality and small sizes we just wanted to return them. They said we had to pay for shipping if want to ship these clothing back to their China office even if I sent several emails telling them it's their clothes which did not meet quality control standard they should pay for the return cost. After several back and forth emails they just ignored my complaint email! I emailed them again saying I'd start spreading bad reviews to other shoppers to let them know how bad of quality and customer service your shop is all about, they replied. But they still only offered 30% refund. At that point I only wanted to give up dealing with this China shop and knew I had to take time letting all of you know how bad this seller is. Now I also have to just donate these cheap bad quality clothings to a charity. This is the worst experience in my life, seriously. People, they do not accept any return, even if it's their fault. Plus, they are in China, they know you have no other ways of dealing with them and getting all of your money back. They SUCK!

I order a XL jacket and I got a Medium size jacket that did not look like the one I ordered I ask them to send me return label and they refuse and you have to pay it cost $30 to ship the unusable jacket back to China they offer me 15%refund.I dispute the charges and credit card gave me the full refund I will never shop on this site they are cheating people out of their hard earn money

This company is a joke, and not even a good one at that. Their "one size" dresses only would fit someone maybe 300 pounds, and when I asked for a return they told me that not only does the (partial!) refund only cover the clothes and Not the original shipping fee, I would have to pay shipping to them, so I "should give it as a gift to a friend" instead. Cannot wait for them to go out of business, please help that by not using them.

The problem starts with the fact that they bury deep in their small print that if somethig doesn't fot or is defective, you are responsible for sending it back to China for a refund. That will cost you 3 times what the piece of clothing costs. I purchased a pair of denim boy jeans that arrived with the crotch seam torn. I had to keep writing them over 4 weeks time, each time trying to explain with photos, pictures of the packaging, tracking etc. And their final resolution was to send the defective jeans back to China at my cost or take a reduced settlement. They waste your time and keep asking for the same information over and over and the items are defective. Order from a US company and avoid the massive headaches you will get from Emmoil!

Please please do your research before buying from this site. I basically found the exact same thing on shien for $50 cheaper. But that isn't even the main problem I have with Emmiol.
The main issue I have is that they take SO LONG to even just process the order. It has been 7 days and my order has not even been processed yet, let alone shipped and delivered. I am so disappointed because I really wanted my garment in time for halloween but now I see that I probably won't get it until much after. I understand that on the website it says that it takes upto 10 days to process but I have seen that other people have had the same issue and their order isn't processed until weeks later. I think this is unacceptable considering most websites process orders within the hour, honestly I think Emmiol is a scam and if you need your clothes by a certain time DO NOT order from here.

I ordered 4 items and they all were expected to come within 7-12 business days. It has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received any of the items. 2 of the items were supposed to come for Halloween and now that Halloween is over, I do not need them anymore. When I emailed customer service to inquire about the items, they told me 2 items had been shipped and 2 had not been dispatched from the warehouse. The 2 items that had not been dispatched were the ones I needed for Halloween and they told me I could cancel them. I wrote back and said yes please cancel. They did not cancel and instead shipped them out and I wont get them for another 2 weeks. I called to speak to a representative who said there is nothing I can do and I will have to return them at my own expense. After I asked how I can return them, she said I will have to call and start the process. There is no easy way to do anything and customer service extremely not helpful. After I told the agent that they said I could cancel the order and I said yes please, she said it is better to call then email. On the website, it says email is recommended, which I did. Now this agent is telling me I should have called. Extremely dissapointing and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never order from here again.

The clothes I ordered looked much different in the photo than from what I ordered. (Don't try that "oh it's just a different body type from yours) It's just crap quality. The materials felt cheap not even close to worth the price I bought them at (ranged from $40-$70) these clothes should have been sold for maximum of $10 at best. They are just as bad as SHEIN but they are marked up to make you think that they are better quality than they actually are. Long story short, don't buy from them (unless it's accessories, their accessories aren't that bad just expensive) because it's bad quality and not worth the money.

I ordered 2 jeans from EMMIOL and i measured my size, they came in and they were SUPPEERRR small and did not match the photo on the website. I sent an email and they responded with that i had to take a picture of the Items, which i did. Ive been ghosted for over a week now... I NEED MY MONEY BACK IT WAS 80 EUROS!
