I put in a claim and we are still waiting now many months months later for any progress despite that they guaranteed the claim was valid. They constantly send automated same messages so without any progress. Neither do they respond to queries other than with automated messages. So we terminated our agreement with them for non performance.
The setup provided on their website is not accurate. I've used them twice and had to work through bugs for a few hours to get it to work (although often disconnecting even after that).
