Serebii has grown a lot since my middle school days and it's consistently stayed in a spot of being the top resource for Pokemon gaming information. I know that if I'm lost or uncertain on any kind of details or events then I can search Serebii and find an exact right answer. There's a reason so many people love and trust this website!


…the website is sooo iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't load. Sometimes you can find what's in your store, sometimes you can't. There have also been times I've tried to add something that was *definitely* in stock to my cart, but when I hit the add button the site freaked out and told me that item was unavailable. I prefer shopping at Target in person, the app or website can be a bit unreliable.


Neff has a great selection of items and placing an order was simple and easy! My beanie arrived (I ordered the heather gray cat beanie) and I was very impressed with the quality! Super soft, well made with no loose threads, and absolutely adorable. Thank you!


Sure Thing Toys was excellent! I preordered and Nendoroid figure from them. I usually only order one figure from any shop I haven't tried yet as kind of a "test" for quality. Sure Thing passed with flying colors! The item arrived on time, communication was amazing, and the item was packaged beautifully, no dents or rips in site!


Two books came in that I had ordered in "good" condition and they were great! I'd definitely call them "good" condition and I didn't have any problems! However, one book that I ordered in "good" condition came in and it was literally in garbage condition. Just giving this book away or donating it actually would have been an insult due to how damaged it was. I ended up throwing it away (which feels like a sin or an illegal action) and ordering the same book again from eBay.


I had trouble making a payment online through checkout (page wouldn't accept any payment and just kept refreshing) so I called customer service. Maxwell was extremely kind, polite, and helpful and helped me make my order over the phone. Thank you so much for being so understanding!


I have fibro and chronic fatigue. My standards for hoodies are set by how easily I can nap in them. As soon as I received my pastel color block hoodie in the mail I slipped it on and fell asleep. 10/10 would nap in again. The material is very nice and cozy and the hoodie is adorable. Thank you!

How do you all make your coffee taste like the actual item it's flavored as? I ordered the peanut butter and jelly coffee as a gift for my husband as a little silly thing.

I figured the flavoring was a gimmick. The flavor I was imagining was an overwhelming peanut taste with no jelly flavor. I wasn't expecting anything more than it just being a cute gift.

The coffee arrived and my husband prepared it with a pour over set up. I don't know how Bones Coffee did it. I don't know how they figured this out. But this coffee tastes EXACTLY like a PB&J. I didn't personally care for the flavor because I just wasn't expecting an actual drinkable childhood sandwich. That's not the fault of Bones! They're just doing their job! If they advertise a coffee as tasting like something specific THEY MEAN IT!


My dog LOVES Bark Box! All of those new treats and toys once a month totally blew his mind! The treats are great and are made with ingredients I trust, no gross chemicals. The toys are precious and so well made, there is no reason to not get Bark Box!


The Pokemon Center has the best selection and prices of Pokemon collectibles anywhere! I also love their collectibles and the care they take to package them. I've never ever had an issue with the store. I go there frequently to shop for myself and even to send surprise gifts to friends!


I really like my books to look nice on my shelf so I go out of my way to buy the highest quality books even if it costs me a little extra. I only received my great condition book (out of several orders where I chose the highest quality option) one time. After a fourth sorely disappointing order I just stopped ordering there altogether. I was paying extra money and still getting poor quality items time after time. If it had been a one time thing, an accident, that would have been totally fine. But this just kept happening.


Okay, in store things are fine. You can see a product and you are responsible for getting it home so you know it will arrive in good quality.

Do. Not. Order. Collectibles. Online. I was just astounded that I would even be sent an exclusive collectible in this condition. The actual package it was shipped in by the USPS looked perfect, no issues. So that means someone saw how completely crushed this Pop was, went "eh", and threw it in a box anyway. Really, guys? Thank god they sent me a new one free of charge.


I've never had a problem with the service or products provided by Pangea, but their website could use some work. On my last order the website messed up so many times that I almost gave up and shopped somewhere else even though I love Pangea products.


Customer service was very kind, attentive, and polite! I had no issues with my preorders other than them arriving a bit late, but that's to be expected with preorders from any shop. Thank you!

I placed three orders with this store. Two were canceled because it turns out the store wouldn't get their preorder figures after all. Whatever, things happen. The last order came with a completely different figure! The company emailed each person who received the preordered figure and said that they KNEW it was wrong, sent it out anyway, and said if we had a problem with it we could ship it back. I just canceled my remaining orders with the store. I've also spread word to my friends not to shop there.
