Is bark a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

Bark may or may not be legit, but their barks are very often bogus tire kickers or scammers. They've got a lot of work to do to clean up their act. They need to go straight membership and those needing the work done need to PAY to speak to a professional instead of the professional paying to speak to the bogus tire kicker.

Why are the reviews so overwhelmingly negative about bark?

Answer:

Your reviews are high on Trustpilot because they remove all the negative reviews from their profile. Bark.com removed my review twice. Trustpilot is the only review website that allows businesses to remove reviews for a price. Trustpilot got criticized in several news articles for being easily manipulated of their 'Reviews' for $600 any business profile can push up or down review they want. Look up 'Trustpilot news articles'; they say 'Trustpilot reviews are just paid advertising'

Answer:

Bark don't verify whether any of the customer tel numbers actually work and most of the leads are poor quality so they won't answer anyway. Save your money, honestly.

Bad lead quality, stay away. Zero customer service. On the phone they will tell you that you are wasting their time.

Very true. Misleading leads. No lead vetting. Just Bark saying leads have been verified. But how do we know when no lead responds. They seem fake to me. Bad experience and worst leading platform.

Hi just spent £100 on credits ive accepted 6 leads already and not one of the customers have replied. im starting to feel im getting robbed.

Hi Dean as a rare Hypnopsychotherapist of many years I expected to have lots of response but like others I found people were not available or interested. Over the year I did manage to invite one potential client around for a free consultation but they decided not to continue. Even after my upgrade to Elite membership for 5 months many did not respond to my invites or even when matched appear to want my service,. I too believe Bark does not offer value for money and will be advertising elsewhere for clients. Hope this helps

I was considering using bark. i see customers have a positive experience but i can't find reviews from professionals with positive experiences

Answer:

It's because the positive customer reviews are almost certainly fake. Look at the dates. Look at the volume of reviews. Approximately 100 positive customer reviews of Bark have appeared on Sitejabber between early December 2019 and today (late January 2020). Compared to the number of reviews they received prior to December 2019, that is just an astounding number of reviews. This is not normal.
