I booked what I thought were two return flights from Madeira to the Azores along with Insurance and taxi service to and from the hotel. When I got the confirmation it said that I'd only booked for one person, total cost over £500. I immediately sent an email explaining that something in their system had altered my details, please could they give me another seat for my wife. I then got a reply saying that all I could do was get a refund, if I cancelled the flight within 24 hrs. I sent off another email saying I didn't want to cancel my booking all I wanted was another seat on the same plane please. Again nothing came through until the 24 hr period passed, then another message this time from lastminute.com which obviously is part of their set up. This time I was told I could cancel and get a refund so I cancelled. Then I got a message saying I would not get a cash refund as company policy wouldn't allow that rather I could get a voucher to be used ONLY through lastminute.com, The voucher offered me turned out to be for £200 less than the total I'd paid for my booking so I'm out of pocket for something that originated from a problem with their booking site. Little more I could do so accepted their voucher All I can add is this... If you need an airline booking, do it direct with the airline and if you need accommodation use a firm that gives a cash refund or gives the option of paying at the hotel.

I am a student at Barcelona and decided to take a flight to go home. Booked flight through RUMBO.ES, the next day get a mail from Rumbo.es stating that airline cancelled flight and I would get refund. I called BA and they said that the Travel Agency should give the refund or book another flight. Its a huge amount for a poor student, since I do not have enough funds to book all over again. Don't know what to do. Feeling all lost and depressed about being cheated.
Took 500 Euro for flights in Spain, then cancelled them the next day with no notice. Cannot phone them or email them. They offered refund credit over a month ago but website keeps saying due to technical difficulties they are unable to proceed at this time. Avoid this company like the plague.
They ONLY offer "help" on the phone (no e-mail, no WhatsApp) and they DO NOT change your tickets even though you have already paid them for this service and the change you ask for is perfectly feasible (as I could see myself from the air-company website: plenty of room, with yet one month to go before I fly!).
I purchase tickets and needed to change the dates, that part was easy, but they charge me and never send me the confirmation with the new dates, I have tried so many times to go in many different hours, days and also email phone or chat and nobody answers me back, they keep saying they will send me the confirmation in 48h and has been a week already and nothing. DONT USE THAT SERVICE CHEAP BUT ENDED VERY EXPENSIVE

Compramos dos tiquetes para viajar de Barcelona a Cartagena de Indias pero mi marido tuvo un accidente y no pudimos viajar, avisamos a Rumbo y nos dijeron que podiamos cambiar el vuelo pagando penalidad, lo cual aceptamos pero en ese momento no podiamos hacer el cambio porque era una cirugia compleja de rodilla que mas adelante lo hariamos, ahora que queremos hacer el cambio nos piden las fechas pero no nos hacen el cambio ni reponden a nuestros, llevamos 3 meses en esto y al final una Verdadera Estafa.

Checking over my visa bill I find a fraudulent charge for $241.85 to Rumbo in Madrid. I didn't make it, fortunately visa changed my card out shortly after.
Scammed me $700 euro and wont pay refund from a flight that was cancelled by the carrier. This is theft.
I had booked a 4 flight trip with this company for september, last minute, one of the flights got cancelled because of a strike in France and nightmare began.They offered me an option for the sum of 150 euro extra, a fortune considering that I had to accept, so went to work thinking it was ok. Hours later, more than 8, I receive an email saying they tried to book that option and it was sold out, of course! The whole France was booking at the time, they charged me and then didn't book at all! Then started bombing me with surreal options, trips from other parts of Europe, days later etc. refusing to give me the money back for the never booked trip. I finally had to spend 200 euro extra, lose days of work and book extra hotel to be able to make it to my trip. But surprises were not over, on the return flight, they never booked me the luggage I paid for, so I had to deal with Easy jet workers. I'm resuming hours and over hundred messages, month and a half later, I got my money back for the never made trip and the cancelled flight only after I went to my bank and asked for the papers to report an illegal payment and a fraud. There's no phone number, which is illegal, only people sending you emails with mistakes, every time a different one so you just give up explaining over and over. This company is a scam, do not risk getting your money stolen like they did with me. Over 2 months later and didn't get back the money of the suitcase.

Two of the flights, one was 3 hours delayed but didn't get any compensation and in the other, they charged suitcase but didn't book it.
Cancelled flight without notice NOR way to reach them. Until now, 3 months later! And not compensation nor reply.
The phone number keeps going to a bot without a possibility of cancelled flights or talking to an assistant.
This company should not only be closed but Justice Laws go after them!
I booked a BA flight from Lisbon to LHR through Rumbo.pt and it was cancelled. I was told I'd get a refund within 2 months. I tried contacting BA and they said it wasn't their responsibility but Rumbo's. Rumbo won't let me contact them, or message on facebook, nothing.

Me dan razones como que el hotel no acepta el cambio y les digo está bien yo pago la cancelación del hotel y aún así siguen desinformados y no le dan solución a mi problema.Me dicen que cancele, cuando los términos de cancelación son por alguna enfermedad, esta gente me están diciendo que mienta para cancelar, por la incapacidad que tienen para resolver mi problema. This company is a scam.
The value is low and attractive, but after making the purchase, I receive an email confirming the purchase and the amount paid is different. 3 times bigger! Thieves, this is a scam! The value offered on the network was 35.35 euros and I received a confirmation of 91.35 euros!
Communication with this agency is too difficult. There is no phone number for customer service and the one they have on the website is always busy, impossible to talk to someone. The chat is horrible, the conversation ends without even giving you a chance to speak, it is a robot that repeats and repeats the same thing without its complaint being addressed! He comprado un vuelo para lunes. Me dieron el booking ID de *******. Vuela mi novio Isaiah con Finnair a las 6 am de valencia a madrid y luego trasbordo para ir a dallas, texas. Me mandaron un email que mi vuelo no esta confirmado, y hace mas de 40 horas y no me han mandado la confirmacion. ME COBRARON EL VUELO 550 euros, y no me confirmaron mi pasaje! EL VUELO YA ESTA LLENO. No se puedo cancelar ni cambiar nada hasta que confirmen. ME HAN ESTAFADO! Y ojala no me devuelvan el finero! NO HAY NADIE EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. El numero que hay NO RESPONDEN, y me dice que NO MANDE EMAILS. Es una broma no? BROMA!

Everything goes with a lot of extra complications. From booking extra luggage to the check-in. Check in was not even possible online and had to be done at the airport.
You people are fake customer service, you are just there for nothing I bought ticket from rumbo I am still at the airport no solution when you call them they said we should contact Turkish airlines meanwhile the ticket was bought from rumbo. How can you give airline ticket with a fake different destination and you know it is a return ticket you can't even check well to see if everything is correct I called more 5 times to confirm my ticket they said everything is ok now I am at the airport suffering you people will fail one day because you are just taking money without good service when you call sometimes they cut your line or put it in mute your credit will finish until you hang up God is watching. I don't know Turkish, I don't know the airport but as a company you should check if I have the visas to change airport in Turkish now I am stuck I should pay extra money again to change only the airport in the same country this is not fair. I just paid that amount to book another flight for me.
I booked a flight from Lisbon to London through Rumbo.pt and it was cancelled with no explanations. I was told I would get a refund within 1 month. It's been 2 months, the flight company refund their share (half of the total value) but Rumbo still without refunding their share. Uncontactable, no costumer support.
I booked a returned flight, filled in the personal details, credit card details, i selected no extra insurance and selected next to proceed to payment, a small banner pops up for the last "click" only after i clicked i noticed that says in small letters something like, this is you last chance to buy extra insurance, when you select pay, it selects the extra insurance and checks out without giving the new total, this is totally misleading and scamming people. I contacted my credit card provider but they cant cancel the payment, otherwise i would cancel and buy elsewhere, shame on you Rumbo for stealing from people, from my side be assured that ill give as bad advertising as possible to reach as many people as possible, to let them know how you cheat and steal from your costumers.
The prices are a lie, they appear to be the cheapest, but when you want to pay with a normal card Visa/Mastercard, they charge you a lot of extra money. They're a fraude.

I requested cancellation, and was led to understand that my reimbursement would be processed.
On 17 Jan 2023 I booked 3 x flights FAO-SFO 23 July to 15 August 2023: (Booking ID: *******655) I paid EUR 2544.49.
After many exchanges with Rumbo chatbots, I was finally paid a travel VOUCHER on 11 June 2023 (5 months after cancelling) of only EUR211.83.
I would like to recover the balance of (3204.99 - 211.83) of EUR 2993.16.
First of all, the offer you one price and, when you are about to pay, they add extra costs without you noticing. It's likely that you will only realise after you have made the payment. If that's the case... you are totally screwed, because their customer service is horrible. There's no way of talking with a real person and they keep referring you to the app (useless) or an automated phone call (even more useless). Stay away from them!
