Se vede foarte clar ca Njoy este firma romaneasca dupa calitatea serviciilor, din totdeauna ma feresc de producatorii romani si nu cumpara niciodata produse romanesti.

Detin un UPS Njoy ISIS 1500L, este singurul produs romanesc cumparat de mine in ~ultimii 15 ani, exceptie facand mancarea :).

UPS'ul momentan merge fara probleme insa ce ma deranjeaza foarte tare si ce nu pot tolera este suportul inexistent.

Suportul este jalnic, J-A-L-N-I-C, este cel mai prost "suport" de care am beneficiat pana in momentul de fata din partea unei firme, un gunoi absolut si o lipsa totala de interes.

Nu intru in detalii dar pe scurt aveam cateva intrebari destul de simple legate de UPS.

Reprezentantul firmei cu care am avut placerea de a discuta (dupa ce am trimis 2 email-uri, la primul nu au raspuns) habar nu are ce vorbeste, nu isi stiu nici ei produsele.

Dupa ce am primit un raspuns total gresit, am mai trimis niste emailuri... a durat cam ~2 saptamani sa primesc alt raspuns... gresit si acela pentru ca habar nu au ce vand.

Am mai incercat sa-i contactez cu o alta intrebare la catva timp dupa, nu am primit nici un raspuns (asta se intampla acum aproximativ o luna).

Nu recomand nimanui sa cumpere produse Njoy, ba chair va sfatuiesc sa stati cat mai departe de aceasta firma daca aveti pretentia sa beneficiati de suport dupa achizitie si de produse de calitate.

Cand se livreaza comanda te trezesti ca iti lasa marfa in fata blocului, fara sa te anunte nimeni, ce "livrare la domicilu" este asta? Eu am domiciliul in strada, in fata blocului?

*Edit: Am observat acum ca au livrat alt produs decat cel comandat.

I do not recommend this incompetent host.

I have requested them to add "-sv_pure" to my server's command line, in order to run pure servers, can't have people joining with modified materials like transparent walls and such.

They don't actually give you an option to edit the command line yourself, that would not really be an issue if they made the changes you ask them to, sv_pure is a BASIC, ESSENTIAL setting not something uncommon.

After waiting more than 4 weeks (yes, more than 4 weeks) for a reply in regard to the support ticket I've opened requesting "-sv_pure" to be added, they've said:

I run multiple game servers but have did the mistake of transferring one of them to Nitrado, as my servers are built on a very strong fair play foundation that is an ESSENTIAL feature for me and my players, i find it unacceptable that a "Game Host" provider isn't able to do a basic modification like this, as a followup, i will terminate my hosting with Nitrado.

As most of you server owners know, it is not easy for servers to go thru an IP change (especially for users) this has created many frustrations for me + even more time wasted.

I cant not classify Nitrado as anything other than an incompetent game host.

I've messaged their CEO (Marco Balle) to inform him of this but have not gotten any reply, this to me shows he does not care about his customers, why should they (we) care about his business then?

I strongly advise you to avoid marbis GmbH AKA Nitrado, don't make the same mistake i did.

This is the worst game hosting company i know, I've had a server with them which lagged all the time and when I've complained about it they will always offer to change the machine on which the server located AND its IP... if you run servers you probably know that an IP change is not something you want to go thru.

The first time I've experienced excessive lag i went thru with them switching my server to another machine on another IP, a few weeks later, same problem, lag.

For about 1 year I've also managed a server donated by a friend which was hosted at gameservers.com, that server was lagging frequently as-well.

I have 1 other friend that hosts with gameservers.com, his server lags frequently also, he can not switch host due to the server being paid for 6 months.

4 separate machines in different countries, all lagging, i have nothing good to say about this host.

I advise you to stay away.

Nu respecta termenul de livrare, am comandat un HDD pe 27 si am fost informat prin SMS ca ajunge pe 28, nu a ajuns, am stat o zi aiurea sa il astept.

Pe 29 am sunat la ei sa intreb de ce nu a ajuns si am fost informat ca va ajunge in cursul zilei, nu a ajuns, 2 zile de asteptat pentru nimic.

Am mai cumparat de la ei si nu am avut probleme cu livrarea, se misca destul de greu cu garantia produselor totusi.

Am dat 2 stele pentru ca nu am avut probleme cu livrarile in trecut, daca se miscau mai repede cu garantia primeau 3, daca produsul ajungea pe 29, cand am fost mintit pentru a 2'a oara ca va fi livrat le dadeam 4.

Am platit comanda cu cardul, in avans, daca alegeam sa platesc comanda ramburs nu o mai primeam cand ajungea si cumparat din alta parte.

Am sa evit Emag in viitor.

Extremely slow customer support, not to be trusted.

When I've first opened my account I've had some problems activating it so decided to send an email to customer support, they took about 3 weeks to reply to my email.

Do no trust this company, I've heard from friends they had accounts frozen for no reason and other problems, customer support is almost non existent.

Cumpar de ceva timp de la ei, nu am avut probleme, mancare buna(nu doar pizza), preturi bune, staff amabil si prietenos.

I've been hosting with Wedos for about 1 year, my server was never offline, i didn't have any problems whatsoever, they also have 24/7 live chat... they could improve a bit on their english and maybe add an english version of the website but other than that i have nothing else to complain about.

I have a friend who is hosting with them for 2years+, he hasn't had any problems with them either.

Quality services at good prices with no hidden fees.

Se misca greu cu garantia, sunt neprofesionali si nu au grije de lucrurile tale ba chiar le pierd si pierdute raman, nu recomand.

Asta cu "garantii rezolvate mereu in regim de urgenta" e o gluma, poate la standarde romanesti.

Am avut si alte probleme cu ei post-comanda care au demonstrat mult neprofesionalism, nu recomand Evomag.
