I ordered swimsuits for my daughter and I. The swimsuits were beautiful, but we needed a bigger size. It did take awhile for a response, but I did receive an email about being patient, and how they would like to resolve the problem. They sent me the suits in the correct size. I found them on FB, and was hesitant, but I was very pleased to see they were a professional, legit company! Kudos Bellizo! J G in San Antonio, TX

My order was confirmed over 2 weeks ago, and I have not received a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times just get a little help. They have not replied to me at all. Now, I don't even think my package will be delivered and they took my money out of my account as soon as I hit purchase. I will never order from this website again just because the customer service is absolutely ridiculous.

My order was supposed to take 5 to 12 business days and it took atleast twice as long to receive my items. That wouldn't have bothered me except the dresses are poor quality. Poorly done hem on a simple black dress... one of my "dresses" is the Length of a shirt... Not worth almost $50 for 2 poorly made dresses! I probably won't waste my time trying to return them seeing as I see the reviews on their poor customer service and difficulty to contact. Just don't waste your time, go to Target or Marshall's hahaha

I ordered a bikini 3 weeks ago. When I pressed purchase my money was immediately taken from my account. It's taken 2.5 weeks to process my order, 5 days to package and now it has been "shipped" but when I look up the tracking number on USPS it has yet to make it to the Post Office. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this website.
Also. If you look at other review sites for Bellizo, the reviews are the same and under multiple names. Not trustworthy.

I decided to share my experience with BELLIZO to maybe help someone out. I ordered a few dresses and tops from bellizo.com and I must admit I am very pleased with my shopping experience overall. The shipping didnt take too long, around 1 or 2 weeks, which is reasonable for products coming from quite far away. The clothes themselves were of good quality and looked really fashionable. I was very happy with the service as I was treated very nicely and recieved all the information necessary making the tracking process very easy to access. In my opinion BELLIZO offers a great shopping experience and deserves 5 stars.

I had an issue with one of the dresses that I bought, so I sent them an email in order to solve my issue. They took just a few days but they definitely understood my situation and they solve it right away. They provided me with different solutions to choose. I love when the customer service is very attentive because this is why we, the customers, buy in stores either online or physical.

The clothes they sell is another thing! It is not the regular cotton clothes that you are used to, but it feel so fresh, comfy, and pretty.

Horrible customer service. Sent 6 emails for return info. Straps seen on wrong. See thru clothes. Colors and sizes not as pictured or correct by their sizing chart. They refuse to respond to my emails. My bank is now involved. Will pursue thru them for my refund and perhaps fraudulent charges against company.

So after weeks of checking on my order, I received an email stating they were "sorry" that my order got caught up in customs and they would refund me 20% of the purchase price once the order was delivered. I have emailed them 4 times about the refund with absolutely no response. This site is the biggest scam ever, and the clothing is absolute CRAP! The only dress I have worn literally fell apart in the washing machine. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. TERRIBLE QUALITY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Update: After posting my original review, I received a message that Bellizo couldn't locate my order. Once I supplied all the information, I receive another generic email stating their standard shipping terms (5-12 days after order is shipped). It is now 18 days after shipment, I still have zero tracking information about my package, and Bellizo has stop responding all together. I have sent multiple inquiry emails, and they have not responses since the 1st time I posted a review. It seems that is the only way to get their attention. I have asked for a full refund since my package has no tracking information available, and they don't have a clue where it is. I have yet to receive a response on issuing a refund. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping elsewhere. This is nothing but a huge scam and headache to try and get my money back.

I placed an order on June 9th, which supposedly shipped on 6/17. The tracking information on USPS states the items were picked up at 11:06 am on 6/17 by a shipping partner, but the items still haven't made it to the USPS facility in Fremont, CA. I emailed on 6/26 to inquire about the package not arriving at the facility after 9 days with no response. I emailed again today, and it seems I have been blocked by them. My emails are un-deliverable to the service email given on their website stating the email is not found. Is this a huge scam? I am going to try and get my money back. Buyer beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

It took a little longer than I expected but when I brought it to their attention they jumped right on it and were very professional and compassionate. As a previous store owner it is unfortunate that we are at the manufacturer's mercy. As is Bellizo. I just received my merchandise and I love it but unfortunately will have to return a few items. Followed the sizing chart but they were still too small. But I WILL order from them again. Their customer service is just TOO good.

I love their selection of items. I'm a first time shopper in this website but their items are great and prices are affordable. Will surely shop again. I hope you can add more designs. Best buy ever!

If I could do zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 items totalling to around $50 and chose 7-10 day shipping. After 2 and a half weeks I contacted customer support because my items had not been shipped yet. They never responded. Over the next month, I tried to contact them twice. Finally my order arrived almost 2 months after I had placed the order. The clothes are poor quality and don't look like they did in the picture. I would return but I'm sure they wouldn't even refund me because this site is surely a SCAM.

Y'all don't buy anything! This company sucks! Their clothes are SO cheaply made and don't even get me started on customer service! I've tried contacting them almost every day for a week now... NO RESPONSE! Do yourself a favor and just don't buy!

The customer service of bellizo is amazing! They were able to refund me an item that didn't fit within 24 hours! I would recommend this website to anyone who wants cute and fashionable clothes!

I ordered a bathing suit from them, the money was taken out, I still haven't received the item, and no one in their "service department" or instagram has even attempted to contact me back. This "business" is a scam.

This is the web I was looking for, sexy clothes and cheap too, I ordered 2 items with one coupon, Just paid 40 USD and got 2 pieces of swimwear, and i fell in love with this suits! Very true to size, amazing quality.

I do NOT recommend shopping here! I received my order two months ago, but the clothes didn't look like the pictures on the site at all. I decided to send it back and so I sent a refund request. Unfortunately, I never got an email back... The policy says you can't wait longer than 2 weeks after receiving your order to get a refund. After two weeks I sent them an email, saying I want a refund, but again, no answer. After two months, I'm still trying to reach them, but nothing works.
So: clothes don't look the same as they advertise + refund is not possible. Don't shop here!

There is no phone number and if you google the address it shows you a ups store in a strip mall. They only have an email address and the person i talked to did everything in her power to avoid giving me my refund. The website says they accept returns but the catch is you have to email them to get the return label and they never answer you. Complete scam.

I ordered a dress from them and it barely looked like the picture. Not long enough and almost see through. I can't wear it. Not to mention it took over two weeks to arrive

Received an item less and no refund was given although 3 months has passed, apart from the very bad material of clothes. I bought 7 dresses 2 of them damaged 1 missing and the rest arent even good to wear as a nightwear! Complete disaster

I ordered a bathing suit from Bellizo it took forever to come in the mail. When it came it looked NOTHING! Like the picture the material is crap and the size is all wrong and the color is gross! I tried emailing them a couple times and they don't get back to me

UPDATE- 7/2/19-Because of my review, Bellizo reached out & provided a FAKE tracking number that brought me to another online business they have called PatPat. The tracking info provided NO INFO & they tried to use the excuse that they are updating their systems. Do not order from this company! Don't believe the positive reviews they are not legitimate.

Don't believe the positive reviews or the reply's from Bellini. It's all lies. I should've read the REAL reviews before I purchased. Big mistake. Ordered the items for a trip well in advanced. Sent my first email after a week, inquiring of a tracking number since I still hadn't received it. Waited a few days. I didn't receive a reply. Did receive an email that my items had shipped but still no tracking info. Sent another email requesting the tracking number. Waited a week. No reply received. Sent another email. This company is fraudulent in it's representation. My gut is telling me the company is foreign & I may never get my stuff or if I do, who knows when. As I write this I still haven't received my items or a response to any of my emails.

Ordered 140 CND worth of items for vacation. Said it would be here 3-7 days after being shipped. It's been 14 days past being shipped, and still no item. After contacting them many times, I finally get an email saying my items are being held at US customs and there is a possibility of them being destroyed? And they are sorry if I suffer loss? UM you mean if the items you sent me did not pass customs, I do not get a refund? Wow what a waste of money. Horrible horrible horrible. Asked to cancel my whole order with no reply.
