We took a family tour to USA. Brochure indicated Hilton or equivalent hotel for our stay. Instead we were put in third class hotel. Similar experience for our SEAsia tour.

The owner acts all friendly and nice until you tell them the lead rope broke day one after 5 minutes of being on the animal. Then acts friendly but refuses to do anything for you. Their halters seem ok quality, but they lead ropes are trash and they don't back up what they sell.

They came out and looked at the kitchen light and the man suggested a LED type of light which would use less electric than the old florescent light that was in the kitchen originally. The man was very helpful and very nice. I would recommend them to everyone.

One of the much stands unfortunately was damaged out the box however after a quick picture and email the guys from thomman dispatched a new stand free of charge and no return the same day.
